2024-25 SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll

2026 Outdoor: Competed in 4 meets during the Outdoor season...Set 3 personal bests at the Blue & Gold Invitational (Apr. 4th) in the 100m Hurdles, the Shot Put, and the Javelin Throw with a time of 19.25 and distances of 8.79m and 17.53m...She broke 2 more school records at the SAC Championships (Apr. 29-30th) in the Long and Triple Jumps with distances of 5.34m and 11.40m. 

2025-26 Indoor: Competed in all 5 meets during the Indoor season...Finished 2nd in the Triple Jump at the ASICS Get Your Marks Meet (Nov. 15th) with a distance of 10.84m...Tied the school record in the High Jump with a height of 1.50m at the VMI Winter Classic (Feb. 14th) at the same meet set a new personla best time in the 60m at 8.49...Set 2 new school records at the SAC Championships (Feb. 28-Mar. 1st) in the Long Jump and the Triple Jump with distances of 5.26m and 11.11m.

2025 Outdoor: Competed in all five outdoor meets ... Finished ninth in the triple jump with a personal-best of 11.19 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 30-May 1) ... Also took 18th in the long jump and was part of the 4x100 meter relay that finished eighth at the SAC meet ... Ran a personal-best of :28.09 in the 200 meters at the Tornado Open (Apr. 4).

2024-25 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets during her freshman season ... Finished 14th in the triple jump at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Mar. 1-2) ... Was also 15th in the long jump at the SAC meet ... Posted personal records in the 60 meters (:08.54), the 200 meters (:30.21) and the long jump (5.20m) at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (Feb. 15) ... Notched a leap of 10.58 meters in the triple jump at the VMI Winter Classic (Feb. 8).
