2026 Outdoor: Ran in 1 meet during the Outdoor season...Set personal best in the 1500m at the EKU spring Invitational (Mar. 20th) with a time of 5:03.76.

2025-26 Indoor: Ran in 4 meets during the Indoor season...Was apart of the DMR Team that took 2nd at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 17th) with a time of 14:06.36...Finished 3rd in the 4x400m Relay at the VMI Winter Classic (Feb. 14th) with a time of 4:16.56...Set a personal best in the Mile at the Tryon Bestest Banked Invitational (Feb. 20th) with a time of 5:27.24...And a personal best in the 1500m at the SAC Championships (Feb. 28-Mar. 1st) with a time of 5:03.76. 

2025 Outdoor: Competed in all five meets ... Finished 17th in the 800 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 30-May 1) with a personal-best time of 2:25.22 ... Ran a personal best of 5:12.06 in the 1,500 meters at the Tornado Classic (Apr. 4).

2024-25 Indoor: Raced in five indoor meets ... Finished 14th in the 800 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Mar. 1-2) with a season-best time of 2:29.12 ... Also part of the seventh-place distance medley relay at the SAC meet ... Ran a personal-record time of 11:36.68 in the 3,000 meters at the VMI Winter Classic (Feb. 8) ... Went a 5:45.21 in the mile at VMI for a season-best.

2024 Outdoor: Raced in all five meets ... Won the 800 meters at the Cole Piper Open (Apr. 27) with a time of 2:28.14 ... Was 17th in the 800 at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (2:29.60) ... Posted a 5:12.81 in the 1,500 meters and a 19:48.98 in the 5,000 meters at the WildCat Invitational (Apr. 20).

2023-24 Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets as a freshman ... Placed 17th at the South Atlantic Conference Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 2:29.37 ... Part of the sixth-place distance medley relay at the SAC meet (13:01.61) and also ran on the DMR that set the school record (12:58.33) at the Bast-Cregger Invitational (Dec. 8-9) ... Ran on the eighth-place 4x400 meter relay at the conference championship with a 4:17.22 and was on the relay that went a 4:17.03 at the Liberty Open (Feb. 3) ... Had a season-best 5:34.87 in the mile at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (Feb. 10).
