LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Emory & Henry College Softball team will play in its third NCAA Division III Tournament in five years this coming weekend. The Wasps enter the national postseason as the No. 15-ranked team in the country according to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. The Wasps keep the same ranking as a week ago.
E&H (26-7, 13-3 ODAC) is the #2 seed in the Seguin, Texas Regional which will be hosted by defending national champion and T-No. 2 ranked Texas Lutheran University (28-4). Third-seeded Christopher Newport University (28-12) is ranked 11th this week.

Also represented from the Old Dominion Athletic Conference is T-No. 2 Virginia Wesleyan University (37-5-1), which is also a regional host this weekend. Randolph-Macon College (14-7-1) saw its season cut short due to COVID-19 concerns, is 19th in the latest poll.
DePauw University is the new top team in the land as Texas Lutheran and Virginia Wesleyan share the No. 2 spot. Eastern Connecticut State is this week's No. 4 while Birmingham-Southern College is fifth.
