ORLANDO, Fla. — The Emory & Henry University cheerleading team represented the Wasps on the national stage this past weekend as they competed at the UCA National College Cheerleading Championship, held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida.

It is the second consecutive year that E&H has competed at the UCA Nationals and facing top collegiate programs from across the country, the Wasps showcased their athleticism, precision, and school pride in a highly competitive field. The team improved two spots from their finish last season, showing the team's movement forward and dedication to honing their skills. 

Qualifying for UCA Nationals is a significant achievement and underscores the continued growth of Emory & Henry's cheerleading program. Throughout the season, the Wasps have demonstrated a strong commitment to teamwork, discipline, and excellence, culminating in their appearance at the sport's premier collegiate championship.

The UCA National Championship is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious cheerleading events in the country, bringing together elite programs for a multi-day celebration of collegiate cheer.
