Emory & Henry Announces Hall Of Fame Class Of 2025

EMORY, Va. – Emory & Henry University is proud to announce the induction of the 2025 class into its prestigious Sports Hall of Fame. This distinguished group has left an indelible mark on the University, its athletic programs, and the broader community. Their achievements span both on and off the field, and this recognition celebrates their exceptional contributions and lasting legacies.

The 2025 Hall of Fame class includes individuals whose outstanding performances, leadership, and commitment have shaped the Emory & Henry University experience. 

2025 Hall of Fame Inductees:

  • Paul Sipos – Baseball, 2001

  • Trista McGlothlin – Tennis, 2006

  • Steve Dean – Football, 1987

  • Mike Stansbury – Football, 1993

  • Nathan Tuck – Football, 2001

"The Hall of Fame is a celebration of the excellence, dedication, and hard work that these individuals have displayed throughout their careers at Emory & Henry University," said Kyle Sensabaugh, Emory & Henry University Vice President for Athletics. "Each one of these inductees represents the values of our institution, and their contributions have significantly impacted both the University and the broader community. We are excited to welcome them into our Hall of Fame family."

The inductees will be honored at a special ceremony on Saturday, October 4 at 9:00 a.m. inside the John Rutledge King Center prior to the football game against Carson-Newman. This ceremony is open to the public, and friends and family are encouraged to attend to support the inductees.
